The Total Transformation – 90 Day Intensive
This program is for the person who is looking to make healthy sustainable lifestyle changes. It consists of twelve private 45 minute sessions, once a week for 12 weeks. During your 12 weeks you will uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down, or keeping you from creating these changes and develop a powerful vision for your goals and what success looks like for you in your life. You will also discover which foods and lifestyle habits are keeping you from your goals and what to do about it and finally, get crystal clear on a step by step plan to successfully achieve and maintain your goals.
The One Month Reset
This program includes steps on how to reset the hormones in your body. I will walk you through a series of practices that will help to reset specific hormones in our body that can contribute to weight, sleep and gut issues. This program is good for groups to participate in together.
The Isa Plan
This program consists of utilizing the Isagenix products to lose weight, gain weight, gain energy, perform better during your workouts and overall use healthy convenient products to meet your nutrient goals.
